Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

• All products on nadaiudai.in are Print-On-Demand (POD).

• Orders are processed and sent for printing within 1–2 business days.

• Once printed, items are packed and dispatched by our production partners.

Shipping Time (India)

• Standard delivery across India takes 5–9 business days after dispatch.

• Metro cities: 5–7 days

• Non-metro / remote locations: 7–12 days

Total delivery time = Processing time (1–2 days) + Shipping time.

Shipping Charges

• We offer FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders.

• Cash-on-Delivery (COD) charges (if enabled): ₹50–₹70 extra, depending on courier.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

• You can also track your orders anytime using the “Track Order” page on nadaiudai.in (if enabled).

Delivery Partners

We ship using trusted logistics partners such as:

• Delhivery

• BlueDart

• Ekart

• DTDC

• Xpressbees

(Selection is automatic based on your delivery pincode.)

International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship internationally.
We only ship within India.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

• Please ensure your address and phone number are correct.

• If the courier marks your shipment as RTO (Return To Origin) due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, you may need to pay re-shipping charges.

Order Delays

Delivery timelines may be affected due to:

• High festive season or sale period

• Weather conditions

• Operational delays from courier companies

• Remote area pin codes

We will always help you track the shipment in such cases.

Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Share clear photos + order number
  We will provide a free replacement.
